Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full to secure your dates.

Monthly memberships are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Event dates and details must be submitted at least 14 days before coverage.

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable

Vendor Responsibilities

Provide accurate event dates, times, locations, and coverage details at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event.

Ensure the venue and event details are accessible and that I have any necessary permissions to capture content.

Communicate any timeline or event changes as soon as possible.

Provide any important brand guidelines, shot requests, or content priorities before coverage.

Ensure vendors, venues, and other involved parties are aware that content is being captured when necessary.

Provide a safe and reasonable working environment during coverage.

Communicate any special requests or restrictions before the event.
