Join us for a peaceful and heart-centered sound bath in the park, created for the community—where all are welcome, just as you are. This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. Surrounded by nature, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation through soothing sound vibrations designed to calm the mind, restore the body, and nourish the soul.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or have experienced it before, this gathering is open to everyone. Come alone, bring a friend, or share the space with loved ones—there is no expectation, only invitation.
What to Expect:
You’ll be invited to get comfortable on the ground while being immersed in calming sounds from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle frequencies. The experience is meditative, allowing your body to rest and your mind to quiet. Many people feel a sense of deep relaxation, clarity, and inner peace.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
Pillow or cushion for extra support
Water to stay hydrated
Optional: eye mask, journal, or anything that helps you feel cozy
